LEAD Together
Leaders Expand And Develop Together
Offered through United Way of Greater St. Louis, LEAD Together engages Leadership Givers from diverse industries and backgrounds who are invested in personal growth, professional development, and lasting community impact.
Why LEAD Together?
Mission
LEAD Together is a community of engaged and inspired leaders who proactively support one another in reaching personal and professional goals, fostering creativity, and creating lasting impact—both individually and collectively.
How It Works
Participants join Leadership Circles—small, thoughtfully curated groups guided by an experienced circle facilitator.
While circles meet separately, the program stays connected through shared learning experiences and three full-group gatherings each season.
Program details:
- Leadership Circles of 4–6 participants, intentionally matched to support peer learning and leadership growth
- Circle facilitators are experienced leaders from our network of over 7,000 Leadership Giving Society members, bringing diverse expertise across disciplines
- One 1–1.5-hour meeting per month, held virtually or in person, from May through October
- Full-group gatherings that strengthen connections across circles and create additional learning opportunities.
Focus Areas
Leadership Circles center on topics that support leadership growth and life balance, and evolve based on participant interests and community needs. Current topics include:
- Networking and relationship-building
- Leadership development
- Personal growth and self-awareness
- Career navigation and transitions
- Work-life integration
- Innovation and creative problem-solving
