If I don’t qualify for Safety Net funding, when can I apply for funding for System and Targeted funds?

The RFP for System will be released later this year and the RFP for Targeted will be released in January 2021, respectively. Nonprofits are required to submit separate applications for each funding category they wish to be considered for, and you can submit one application per Request for Proposal (RFP).
