United Way 2-1-1 is our 24/7 helpline that has fielded thousands of COVID-19-related calls – helping us learn what our community needs the most.
Since the start of the COVID-19 crisis, 2-1-1 has seen a nearly 150% increase in calls for help compared to last year. Through 2-1-1 and the coordination with our partner agencies, we are on the front lines to determine where resources and funding are most needed across our region.
As the needs of our Greater St. Louis community evolve, we will keep connecting callers to resources they need. We will continue to help through the uncertainty and times ahead.
